We aim to enable our clients to find that elusive ‘ah-ha’ moment through innovative workshops. These are then followed by coaching that’s carefully designed to embed this thinking throughout the company – meaning you get great value for money, rather than see your best thinking wasted due to the difficulty of disseminating it.

Within a workshop atmosphere, participants get past the fear and anxiety of change, and become energised by new insights. Because they’ve been through the learning process together, they’re more ready to embrace what is now their own. Total Flow understands how to create an environment conducive to learning for all, and can engage with people at all levels, from the boardroom to the shop floor.

Coaching transforms something precious yet fragile into something robust

If a workshop enables the acquisition of a skill, coaching enables the acquisition of behaviour – and the ability to maintain and sustain it over time. Both activities work together to create the understanding and behaviour change required to obtain and sustain a transformation.

A common danger is that when participants are back in the workplace they revert back to old ways of working. This is where coaching is essential – to create the behavioural change that enables standard work and standard management to stabilise and bed in.

We find value is created for clients when they take the learning from a workshop and use coaching to cement it into a new way of working. Coaching helps transform something precious yet fragile into something robust and permanent.

Workshops can range from three days to nine months, with workplace coaching taking up anything from a single day per month to full-time embedded resource. Total Flow supports clients with whatever is required to facilitate learning and success – but never creating dependency.
