Tim Hall

Market Leader - Lean Construction and Construction Products

Tim Hall has over twenty years experience instigating and managing change in manufacturing and logistics organisations.  Although a natural operational improvement leader, it is in the last three years with Total Flow that he has refined his skills to deliver highly effective programmes, with even greater depth and breadth of impact than in line management roles.

As a highly capable manufacturing engineer Tim is adept at helping clients solve technical problems.  But it is his ability to transfer skills, giving clients’ teams the capability to develop their own solutions to business issues and sustain them, which gives the most lasting value.

Tim’s outstanding ability to engage with all levels, in any operational environment comes from his leadership roles in multi-shift, multi-site, volume manufacturing and logistics. As a World Class Manufacturing Engineer at CarnaudMetalbox packaging he was a key player development of the operations strategy for a €200M division and led the implementation across 4 European sites which saved 8% of operating cost in 18months.
