Paul Cook has over 30 years experience leading, transforming and improving manufacturing organisations. He has a broad background in industries such as Aerospace, automotive, capital machinery, food and drink, and the service sector covering:-

  • Operations management and improvement
  • Manufacturing system design and implementation
  • New product design and development
Paul is a qualified mechanical engineer and manager who has helped large and medium sized companies to improve bottom line performance using; Total Quality management, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Just In Time, SMED and Kaizen methods.
 
His Consultancy focus is on developing organisational change strategies “top down” with executive teams and delivering this through shop floor teams “bottom up.”  He has delivered true operational transformation in large and medium sized companies by “keeping it simple” and quickly gaining understanding of the tools by those involved.
 
Paul is an expert in food and beverage manufacturing and has worked extensively for major global food and beverage groups including SAB Miller Europe, Kraft Foods and Pepsico.
