Our International Team

Kees Kolff has over 20 years experience in leading, improving and transforming manufacturing organisations, of which the last five years has been as a consultant.  He has a proven capability to lead transformation change and lean improvement programmes in brown and green field sites and in complex social and unionised environments. 

Kees is a Dutch national based in The Netherlands and he speaks Dutch and English fluently.

In the last two years Kees has facilitated the operational transformation of a European trailer manufacturer.  He has designed and then led a programme of system resource alignment, kaizen workshops and policy, and people development.  Under his direction his team have introduced and deployed JIT and Jidoka, 5S, standard work and visual management into the shop floor and have enjoyed reductions in lead-time of 43% and improvements in productivity of 55%.
