Ole Dam is an extremely effective international executive, Lean Sensei and globalization expert with extensive cross-border experience spanning Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Americas.  Currently based in Nice, he is fluent in Scandinavian languages and English with some knowledge of German.

Ole creates sustained value for companies by orchestrating transformations that enhance productivity, delivery, quality and safety.  As a turn-around leader, he balances cost-control initiatives with strategic investment and talent development to boost competitive advantage.

He has a proven track record as a Lean Sensei, revitalizing underperforming business units, capturing critical cost savings and structuring efficient, versatile operations by implementing business-aligned continuous improvement measures across functional areas.  His achievements have included adding $100M in profitability via Lean manufacturing and operations, achieving immediate 50% productivity increase, driving 47% earnings advancement against 21% sales growth over five years and reducing COGS from 35% to 29% of sales.  Through running large scale Kaizen events he has reduced WIP inventory from $12M to $4M, increased inventory turns 500% and upgraded delivery performance for one organisation from 45% to 100% within 12 months. 

As a Globalization expert he has driven expansion in Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa by spearheading facilities design, construction, layout and launch as well as negotiating manufacturing and distribution agreements.
