Cindi Wilson
Cindi Wilson has over 25 years experience in Quality Leadership, developing quality organizations, improving quality systems, establishing customer care and feedback mechanisms and turning around quality performance.
Her breadth of experience extends from Advanced Quality Engineering for new product development, Manufacturing Quality and Customer Support to Warranty Management. It also includes the support functions of Problem Solving, Quality training, Quality performance reporting, and Lessons Learned feedback for continuous improvement. In addition, she has lead Supplier Quality in selection, auditing, certification, development, manufacturing performance, warranty administration and environmental compliance.
At home on the factory floor, she has performed new plant quality readiness reviews, instilled quality improvement initiatives and created plant walk-thru audits. Believing standard work and visual controls/ management to be essential to quality, she also assures quality is integrated into the Lean effort.
