Chris Ellins

Group Managing Director

Chris Ellins has over 20 years experience in leading and transforming manufacturing organizations.

Over the last nine years he has been at the forefront of the development and application of Kaizen and Lean manufacturing in Europe. He has deep experience in the practise of Lean Enterprise, the creation and sustaining of kaizen improvement and the management of strategic change. 

Over the last 24 months Chris has developed a new methodology for Lean Enterprise called Right to Left Thinking that combines Kaizen and Lean Thinking with Customer Centric Strategic Value, Defect Free Flow and Leanership™; its goal to create and deliver highly profitable waste free business models that provide tailored value propositions that are simply irresistible to the markets they serve. 

Chris is regarded as an expert in the identification and design of value streams, the identification and elimination of systemic waste and the design and deployment of waste free production systems designed to target cost.
