Arney George has over 20 years experience in designing and implementing lean-Six Sigma systems.

Based in Ohio, USA, he is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has acted as a Corporate Sensei for a number of Fortune 500 companies. He  has designed and implemented Six Sigma / lean solutions in a wide range of organisations including heavy industrials (steel, oil and gas), automotive, defence, pharma and insurance services.

Arney has exceptional senior management communication skills, and is a dynamic and personable speaker who relates to all organisational levels.  He applies a very positive approach to the development of Green and Black Belt expertise while simultaneously motivating teams which typically surpass industry performance standards.

Arney has worked throughout the USA and Canada and is currently supporting Shell deploying lean thinking across Heavy Oil extraction in Alberta.
