Total Flow Wins its First African Contract
Total Flow are thrilled to announce the awarding of its first ever contract in Africa.
Total Flow will support Shell to improve the performance of Finance, Production, Projects and Technology within its Nigerian oil field.
By embedding SOP's, visual management, 5S, flow and the management behaviours necessary to drive and sustain process improvement Total Flow and Shell hope to demonstrate the value of lean thinking in improving business performance.
If successful Total Flow expect Shell's Nigerian Leadership team to sponsor full scale deployment during 2010.
