Total Flow sees off competitors to win AstraZeneca EMEA lean distribution project
Total Flow have been selected by AstraZeneca to support the application of lean thinking to EMEA distribution.
The project will focus on applying lean thinking across the EMEA network, exploring how value might be enhanced through the application of Right to Left thinking along an integrated end to end Pharamceutical supply chain and finally how a Process Centric Organisation (PCO) might better be able to manage the logistics challenges of the sector.
