Total Flow Looks to Recruit a Leader for its Chinese Operation
Chris Ellins, Total Flow's Managing Director, today began the search for a candidate to lead the expansion of the organisation into mainland China.
Total Flow's strategy is to grow its operations in China by supporting the regional expansion plans of European and American manufacturing organisations.
Chris Ellins said "We have been successful in growing our business in China by achieving great results for our clients. By providing our clients with technically gifted consultants able to engage and lead improvement activities in Mandarin and English we have been able to bridge the gap between our clients English speaking leadership teams and their Mandarin speaking workforce.
